Our compensation

The Alter Ego Home company offers you comprehensive support for your real estate project.
Our fees, which are only due in the event of success and paid to a notary on the day the authentic deed is signed, are established as follows:

• When the property is offered by an individual: 5% of the net seller price

• When the property is offered by an intermediary (real estate agent or other professional) in:

- Simple mandate: we share the file with several partner real estate agencies by sharing fees. Only the agency fees are then payable and shared between the agency and the agent.
- Exclusive or off-market mandate: 2.5% of the net seller price

In all cases, a fixed compensation of at least € 5,000 will be due to the company Alter Ego Home in the event of the success of its research task.

Our fees include:

• Determination of your search criteria during our first meeting.

• Preselections of real estate established by us on the entire market based on your criteria, the preparation of our visit reports with virtual tours and comments that can be consulted directly on our site in your customer area page, our weekly follow-up interviews.

• Support from the signing of the pre-contract to the production of the legal deeds at the notary's office.
